HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

IT IS OUR STATEMENT RELATED HSE:
- to provide and ensure a safe working environment, including to ensure the conditions and equipment is able to work, support with training that will provide for all personnel with knowledge and information necessary to safely carry out their assigned duties;
- to ensure that our services are performed in such a way as to protect the environment and assist clients to do the same related the HSE application in their working environment;
- to meet our clients expectations, the first time and every time, through the application of proven quality principles at all levels of our service delivery process, with apply being guided by the tenets of our Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
WE ARE COMMITTED TO:
- Protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, stakeholder and third parties related our services.
- Protecting our environment and that of the communities where we work and live.
- Improving the quality of our services and service delivery.
Prodrill communicates this policy throughout its own and its sub-contractor organisations, engages and trains its own & its sub-contractors employees in the appropriate use of its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems and involves them in the regular setting, including measuring and revision of HSE Company’s objectives.
Prodrill undertakes to keep this policy updated, to implement and maintain its management system, and continuously improve its Quality, Health, Safety and Environment performance.
The QHSE policy will be integrated at all levels and is the responsibility of management with the active support of all our staff.
HSE POLICY
HSE is of primary importance. It is essential that the Prodrill conducts its operations in such a way as to protect the safety and health of its employees, its contractors and all those involved by Prodrill’s activities.
PRODRILL’s objective are :
• To achieve no injury, lost work days or work related illnesses in implement of work;
• To fully respect safety and health in all management choices, plans and operations; and
• To comply with all applicable standards of the international oil&gas and geothermal industry, in addition to the laws and regulations of the states in which Prodrill is present.
These objective require that:
• Manager at all levels are responsible and accountable for health and safety matters and for ensuring compliance with this policy; and
• All employees and contractors remain vigilant and responsible for their own safety, as well as the safety of the people around them.
To achieve these objectives Prodrill must:
• Develop and follow efficient safety procedures and standards, as stated in Prodrill’s HSE Management System;
• Identify, evaluate and manage hazards and risks involved in its every operations;
• Ensure that its employees and contractors are properly trained to work safely and to ensure that they know how to act in an emergency;
• Emphasizes safety and health concerns both on and off work sites;
• Report all safety related incidents and investigate and analysis them to prevent recurrence;
• Perform a regular audit of its compliance with the Company’s safety policy.
